ServiceNow reporting designer

We are looking for a Reporting Designer ready to share and grow  

Global Support team in Poland provides multiple services within BEC such as report designing, data analysis, automation, controlling, business processes execution and more. Global Support provides services to the customer banks and BEC-internal areas such as Customers & Business Development, IT Operations, Risk & Security, Procurement, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Architecture and others

Primary task and responsibilities    

In the position as Reporting Designer, you will work closely with IT Operations, Risk & Security, Facility Management and many more functions in BEC. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:    

• Build and maintain state-of-the-art reports 
• Analyze required sources of information and choose method of cyclic data pulls 
• Choose proper (right for purpose) reporting tooling balancing complexity and ease of maintenance 
• Design data model of underlying reporting database 
• If needed, design business workflows to collect source data in a structured way even before reports are created 
• Collect requirements from report receivers and at the same time be able to advise alternative approaches 
• Be in close contact with report receivers while reports are designed and built out (frequent feedbacks) 

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!   

Preferably, you completed your studies and have 2-3 years of experience from a similar position working with ServiceNow reporting, SQL queries and understanding of data modeling.

• ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, DAX language, Power Queries, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards, Kibana, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Data Factories, Azure Synapse Analytics.

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
