Graduates with bachelor's degrees in fields of technology or computer science, planning to continue education with master's degree; students on master's degree in IT fields or in other fields, who would like to start a career in IT
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Available at least 32 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- Open for hybrid work (up to 8 remote days per month) and collaborating in our Warsaw office
- Available to work from our office in Roskilde, Demark for the first 4 weeks
- Motivated to join a one-year program and willing to stay with us afterwards
- Skilled in programming languages and tools relevant to desired Talent Program path
- Quick learners focused on professional development and improving technical knowledge
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST?
- Advocate for bank customer needs to our full-stack developer teams.
- Facilitate and manage expectations for specific operational requests with IT developers.
- Thoroughly understand customer needs as well as the function and architecture of relevant IT systems.
- Gain knowledge about the financial sector, BEC’s enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and area-specific expertise.
TO SUCCEED YOU WILL HAVE:
- A Bachelor's degree and either be pursuing or planning to start a Master's degree this year
- Technical and business knowledge to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goal
- Analytical and communication skills

WHAT DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Online cognitive test - to evaluate your problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and overall cognitive capabilities
1st interview (online) – meet with our recruiter who want to learn more about you and your experience
2nd interview (online/on-site) – meet with the technical expert and hiring manager to assess your hard skills and discuss the role and the team in details
Assessment (on-site) – group case study in our Warsaw’s office on May 6th or 7th
