Senior Fullstack Developer (.net+React)

A significant portion of your role will involve supporting AI strategy development across the organization by creating assets like plugins, while also contributing to ongoing AI R&D initiatives that drive the company's technology-forward approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver high-quality new capabilities based on documented requirements
• Actively participate in both technical and functional discussions for ongoing and future development
• Provide input on project initiation documents, including objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Communicate implications of development decisions and any issues or plans
• Foster strong working relationships with teams across development, business, operations, and IT
• Contribute to and support cross-team process improvement initiatives
• Assist in creating and maintaining application guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure documentation is recorded and publicized within the organization's knowledge repository
• Collaborate with technology owners and research industry trends to support project development and operations

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in information architecture and hands-on software development
• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Skills & Experience:
• Expertise in the agile software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and review
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with cloud-native technologies and PaaS offerings (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP are also relevant)
• Solid hands-on experience with .NET technology stack (C#, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines)
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Bonus: GenAI experience is preferred but not mandatory
