Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with expertise in distributed systems to join our innovative Robotics and Autonomous Systems division. If you have a passion for backend development, network design, and cutting-edge technologies in robotics, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a SCRUM-based remote Product Developer Team.
• Design and develop an extended backend running in Docker to process data from a fleet of mobile robots.
• Combine and convert backend data for optimal GUI utilization.
• Ensure high performance and scalability in a distributed systems environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert knowledge in distributed systems, especially in industry applications.
• Proficiency in backend and network development.
• Advanced programming skills in C++ (14/17).
• Hands-on experience with Docker image development.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.

Optional Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of C# on Linux platforms.
• Experience in the mobile robotics industry.

Travel Requirements:

• Initial project kick-off may require some travel, after which the role is fully remote.
