Mid Fullstack Developer (.net+React)

Join our Emerging Tech Lab, where we rapidly prototype new concepts to explore how emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, Robotics, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality can solve real business challenges. Our mission is to create demos, prototypes, and learning experiences that our teams and clients can use to guide strategic investments in these cutting-edge technologies.

A key part of your role will be to support the development of assets, such as plugins, to help further drive our overall AI strategy. Additionally, you’ll contribute to our ongoing AI R&D initiatives, playing a critical role in helping to push these projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver high-quality new capabilities based on documented requirements
• Participate in both technical and functional discussions for ongoing and future user stories
• Contribute to the development of project initiation documents, including objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Communicate development decisions, issues, and plans clearly to the team
• Build strong working relationships with development, business, operations, and IT teams
• Support cross-team process improvement initiatives
• Assist in creating and maintaining application guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure all documentation is captured and maintained in a knowledge repository
• Collaborate with technology owners and research industry trends to aid in project development and operational activities

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in information architecture and hands-on software development
• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of the agile software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and review
• Strong organization and communication skills with an ability to articulate status, issues, and risks effectively
• Experience in project and process management, workflow, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and PaaS offerings (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also relevant)
• Hands-on experience with .NET technology stack (C#, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines)
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and/or Vue
• Bonus: Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is preferred but not mandatory
