Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated GenAI Scrum/Agile Expert to facilitate and guide our development teams. In this role, you will ensure that our teams operate efficiently, meet project goals, and maintain a healthy, productive development culture. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, will be essential in helping our teams navigate the complexities of software development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SCRUM events, ensuring they are conducted effectively.
• Regularly communicate with a cross-functional team of developers and project leads.
• Keep project reports current and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, including critical path sequences, to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster and sustain a positive development team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that may hinder the Scrum Team’s progress.
• Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality, championing Agile principles.
• Assist in keeping the Development team focused through techniques such as sprint goal setting, relative estimation, and backlog visualization.
• Support the improvement of development culture by organizing team meetings and other events.
• Manage existing processes like Scrum Maturity Assessment and Team and Delivery reporting.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, within a corporate environment.
• Degree in psychology, social sciences, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of development culture and the end-to-end engineering lifecycle.
• Experience in establishing practices that help teams build, test, and release software faster and more reliably, including navigating release challenges.
• Friendly, communicative, and collaborative personality.
• Fluency in English is required.
