Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary link between stakeholders and Agile Delivery Teams, ensuring that business needs and priorities are clearly communicated and implemented. Your decisions will directly shape the Product Backlog and guide the team’s work to meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary representative of the stakeholder community to one or more Agile teams, ensuring the team fully understands the problem domain and business goals.

Backlog Management: Manage the Product Backlog by prioritizing and refining tasks in collaboration with the team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Team Communication: Communicate the needs, goals, and expectations of the stakeholders to the Agile Delivery Teams and vice versa.

Decision Making: Make visible, critical decisions about backlog content and priorities, ensuring that the most valuable work is delivered.

Continuous Improvement: Work with the Agile teams to continuously refine processes and improve the efficiency and quality of project outcomes.
Experience & Skills Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the telecommunications industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and managing Product Backlogs.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (B2 level) or higher.
- A deep understanding of the telecommunications business environment, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
