Working closely with software, data, security, and third‑party teams, you’ll translate architecture into resilient, repeatable operations and raise the overall maturity of our observability platform. API & Third‑Party Integrations: Build, document, and maintain secure integrations with third‑party monitoring and telemetry providers using APIs; manage auth, rate limits, and data lifecycle considerations.
Platform Stability & Observability: Proactively monitor platform health, identify patterns and trends, lead problem management and RCA activities, and implement preventative measures to reduce incident recurrence.
Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: Own IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/etc.) and CI/CD pipelines for platform services.
Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices and compliance controls across platform components, including secrets management, access controls, logging retention, and auditability.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience in infrastructure/platform engineering or related roles with demonstrable ownership of production systems.
