.NET Developer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a .NET (Full-stack) Developer to join a remote team working on critical fintech systems in an investment management environment. The role focuses on Order Management Systems, Execution Management Systems, trade lifecycle workflows, and internal engineering platforms. The position requires strong experience with C#, .NET, React, and MS SQL Server, with an emphasis on reliability, correctness, and clear communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET

• Build and maintain frontend functionality using React

• Work on critical OMS and EMS platforms supporting order lifecycle, routing, execution, allocations, and auditability

• Design and optimise database schemas and queries using MS SQL Server

• Contribute to APIs, integrations, and enterprise-grade distributed systems

• Collaborate with remote engineering teams and communicate effectively in English

• Support reliable delivery through engineering best practices and modern development workflows
  

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET

• Strong hands-on experience with React

• Experience with MS SQL Server, including schema design and query optimisation

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex backend systems

• Background in enterprise-level or fintech software development

• Very good spoken and written English

• Flexibility to adapt to different technical tasks and team needs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Docker or containerisation

• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS

• Previous experience in financial services, trading, investment management, or regulated environments
