Senior Cyber Defense Specialist – Exposure Management

Role Purpose: 
This role is responsible for the process ownership and orchestration of Exposure Management services, covering Vulnerability Management, Bug Bounty, and Pentesting as a Service. The focus is on governance, service ownership, coordination, and service maturity rather than technical execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own and evolve the Exposure Management service portfolio 

• Define and maintain end-to-end processes for vulnerability, bug bounty, and pentesting services 

• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers 

• Ensure transparent, data-driven & risk-based reporting to management 

• Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for exposure reduction 

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of services and Helvetia's exposure. 

• Participate in on-call duties (extra paid)

Your Skills: 

• Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Governance, or Risk Management 

• Strong understanding of exposure and security risk management 

• Strong data-driven and analytical capabilities. Proven ability to design and run cross-functional security processes 

• Experience working with external security providers 

• Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills
