Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst for Baloise Solution Hub, you are working on projects within the Baloise Group. This role is for one our German projects:

Your responsibilities:

• Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system.
• Further development of the policy module of the core system (Guidewire).
• Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications. 
• Creation of test concepts and test execution.
• Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities.
• Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project.

Your ideal background and skillset:

• Very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical). 
• Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts, as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates.
• Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken, is a huge plus.
