UX/UI Designer 💻

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working on large-scale, token-based design systems.

• Proficiency with Figma and Tokens Studio.

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to lead design initiatives across teams.

• Experience in user research and applying findings to improve designs.

• Previous experience in e-commerce. 

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (20% of work is done onsite / Warsaw).

Main areas regarding the role:

• Experience working with scalable, token-based design systems in multi-brand environments.

• Close collaboration with multiple product teams to build and evolve shared UI components and patterns.

• Strong focus on design consistency and quality, supporting teams in using the right components and patterns.

• Advanced use of Figma and Tokens Studio to create, maintain, and evolve the design system.

• Collaboration with product designers to define component needs, manage dependencies, and prioritize work.

• Using design system components to build clear, consistent, and user-friendly product experiences.

• Working closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.

• Creating concepts, prototypes, and polished UI designs aligned with user and business needs.

• Running qualitative user tests and A/B experiments to validate and improve design decisions.

Our recruitment process involves:

• An interview with B3 recruitment team.

• 1st client interview (experience and soft skills assessment).

• Recruitment task to be performed on your own (use-case based on Figma).

• 2nd client interview (discussion of the recruitment task).
