Join a team of over 20 non-functional testers focused on performance engineering, reliability, resilience, and monitoring within SAFe teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and review non-functional requirements.
- Developing comprehensive test strategies and plans based on thorough risk analysis.
- Creating, executing, and reviewing performance test cases and scripts, and leading peer reviews.
- Driving defect prioritization and resolution with the appropriate technology teams.
- Coordinating with external teams for test planning and execution, and driving necessary changes.
- Producing detailed non-functional test reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Supporting and setting up monitoring frameworks for production environments.
- Actively reviewing and improving existing testing practices and integrating non-functional testing activities into CI/CD pipelines.
Work Tasks:
- Engage in non-functional test planning and support the definition and gathering of requirements.
- Design and conduct performance, resilience, and reliability tests.
- Present test results to stakeholders and participate in capacity planning and application tuning.
- Develop stubs for performance testing to ensure efficient process flows.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years in testing with a minimum of 5 years in non-functional testing.
- Strong experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ALM, or QTest, and familiarity with database queries and web service technologies like XML, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience in the banking domain and payment systems is preferred.
You will lead non-functional testing for Open Banking, focusing on performance, resilience, and reliability, while also supporting security testing coordination with external vendors.
This role requires the candidate to work from our client's office in Tricity or Warsaw once a week to facilitate collaboration and team engagement.
