IT Analyst

Job Description:

The project focuses on business analysis within a consumer lending product environment, requiring close collaboration with the Product Owner and Architects to define and document both functional and non-functional requirements. The candidate will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, defining solution design, and working with development and agile teams as well as various stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role is within an agile framework, working with international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements and collaborate with the Product Owner to define features
• Actively work with Architects to define solution design
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with development/agile team and multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the requirements are translated effectively into solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the team

Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer lending products
• Experience with API integrations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international teams
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to challenge assumptions
• Acquainted with agile methodologies and ways of working

Tech Stack:

• Jira
• Confluence
• BPMN
• UML

Experience and Background:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in IT
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Formal qualifications (e.g., IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML will be an advantage
