Within the B. Braun Group, the “Digital Workplace Team” is looking for a new team member for the position of “M365 Expert” for the IT Competence Center in Nowy Tomyśl or Poznań.

As a member of the Digital Workplace team, you will have the following responsibilities: 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working with M365 in global environment 
• Architect to develop the M365 platform 
• Engineering 
• Supporting problem management process 
• Working with office productivity tools; delivery assurance and/or industry standards on deliverables 
• Planning and execution of daily administrative tasks including performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, provisioning of recommended solutions, proactive error prevention, installing upgrades, etc. 
• Planning and execution platform changes 
• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities 
• Coordination and control of external support/service providers 
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and processes 

Professional competencies:

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification 
• Job experience: 3-4 years 
• Experience as an M365 Architect (Key Knowledge of M365; Policies; Licensing; Unified Labeling would be a plus) 
• Power Shell Scripting skills 
• M365 App skills 
• Process Design 
• Basic security skills 
• Good market skills on future development 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)

• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required 
• Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team 
• Collaboration on a global scaled team
