Junior Inhouse Consultant Donations & CLM 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Donation Management software engineering including rollout support, maintenance and further  enhancements by configuration of excising solution (Salesforce-based), also including user  management and 1 st and 2nd level support in this connection 

• 1 st and 2nd level support with regards to CLM - HCC projects in CLM 

• Template Management using X-Author Contracts and X-Author Migration Manager • Other related tasks and activities 

• CLM support upon request 

Professional competencies 

• basic understanding of cloud-based systems and databases 

• English (at least B2 level) 

Personal competencies 

• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required 

• Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
