Python Developer (AI)

What you will do:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions in Python using modern frameworks

• Build, deploy, and optimize REST microservices supporting business applications

• Integrate LLM components into scalable production environments, including evaluation, monitoring, and inference cost optimization

• Work across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, proof of concept, production deployment, observability, and continuous improvement

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and task queues (Celery, Flower, Redis/RabbitMQ)

• Ensure code quality through testing (pytest), documentation, and adherence to best practices

• Conduct code and architecture reviews; mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

• Debug, profile, and enhance existing applications for performance and reliability

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience with strong proficiency in Python

• Proven ability to design, build, and operate REST microservices

• Practical experience delivering solutions with LLMs or related AI/ML components

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
