ML Engineer

What you will do:

• Design and implement AI solutions in Python using modern ML/DL frameworks

• Build and productionize RAG systems (chunking, embeddings, retrievers, rerankers, vector databases)

• Fine-tune domain LLMs; optimize prompts, guardrails, latency, and costs

• Develop robust data pipelines and training/inference workflows (batch and real-time)

• Serve models via APIs/microservices (e.g., FastAPI) with scalability, reliability, and observability

• Own the ML lifecycle: experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

• Integrate and optimize LLM-based services; implement evaluation and monitoring

• Conduct code and architecture reviews; mentor junior engineers and share knowledge

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Debug, profile, and improve performance and reliability of existing applications

• Use CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and delivery

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• 4+ years of experience delivering production ML systems

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering practices

• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn and at least one DL framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers)

• Practical experience with LLMs and related components (RAG, embeddings, vector DBs)

• Experience with LLM evaluation/monitoring, prompt design, and guardrail frameworks

• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Understanding of AI security, privacy, and regulatory considerations
