Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with experience in enterprise-level projects.

Key details:

• B2B cooperation (full-time)

• long-term contract, hybrid work in Warsaw office

• rate: 100-120 PLN/hour

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall UX strategy, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Plan, lead, and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research initiatives

• Select appropriate research methodologies and translate insights into actionable design decisions

• Create UX deliverables including user flows, IA diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes

• Lead and facilitate research sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops

• Collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation

• Contribute to and evolve design systems, visual standards, and UX best practices

Our requierements:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design

• Hands-on experience in large-scale projects and multinational teams
