RTR Specialist / Senior RTR Accountant

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)
Contract: Until January 2027, with possible extension

About the Role

We are looking for experienced RTR professionals to join a global finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, working closely with international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare and review journal entries

• Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliations

• Support financial reporting processes

• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies

• Work within SAP and Excel-based reporting environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting

• Strong understanding of month-end close processes

• Experience with account reconciliations and journal postings

• Good working knowledge of SAP

• Advanced Excel skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Availability to work late shift hours supporting the US market
