We are looking for two experienced specialists to join a tech team within one of the most innovative retail ecosystems in Central Europe. The team is responsible for building mobile and backend solutions that power autonomous stores, logistics operations, and large-scale mobile products used daily by thousands of users across the organization.

About the project

You will join a high-impact initiative focused on migrating two native mobile applications (iOS & Android) into a single unified React Native app. These applications support field operations, sales processes, and franchise partners.

Currently, two separate native codebases are maintained in parallel—your mission will be to consolidate them, streamline architecture, and significantly simplify long-term maintenance.

This is a technically ambitious project with real influence on large-scale retail operations.

What you will work with

• Fully cross-functional team (PO, BA, PMO, QA, architects, developers)

• Modern mobile technologies with freedom in selecting libraries and architectural approach

• Migration from native apps to React Native

• High-scale distributed systems used across a large retail ecosystem

Requirements

Must-have

• Strong commercial experience with React Native

• Proven experience in migration projects (native → React Native or similar)

• Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems

• Experience designing and implementing mobile application architecture

• Ability to work within a complex multi-service system environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with CI/CD

• Automation tools and scripting

• AI-powered development tools

• Experience integrating native modules (bridging)

Lead-specific

• Technical leadership background

• Defining architecture, best practices, and engineering standards

• Mentoring developers and conducting code reviews

• Driving key technical decisions
