Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer

• Over 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

• Expertise in analyzing, translating, and defining business requirements into technical solutions.

• Solid understanding of CRM tools and associated business processes.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience in extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 through both configuration and custom development, using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Workflows, Plugins, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modules like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Power Platform, and application architecture/design.
