About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the continued success of the Good Lood App. You'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our platform. We value collaboration, innovation, and a passion for creating excellent user experiences. We also leverage AI to enhance our workflows, such as using AI-powered tools for code analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle: design, develop, review, QA, deploy, and support.
• Conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead "Epics"

Requirements:

• Vast knowledge of modern Java and ability to write maintainable, clean code.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to share expertise with the team.
• Passion for technology, pragmatic thinking, and the ability to tackle complex problems, even in less defined areas (e.g., integrating new third-party services with limited documentation).
• Polish C1 proficiency, English B2 proficiency.

A Huge Plus If You Have:

• Practical knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in frontend engineering.
• Prior full-stack development experience.
• Experience working on both new projects and maintaining existing systems.
