Job description

Join our Presales team and help customers understand, validate, and successfully adopt our Cloud ACS platform. We are looking for a technically skilled, customer-facing professional who enjoys solving networking and device management challenges, leading technical discussions, and translating complex product capabilities into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and discovery sessions with prospects

  • Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and trial environments

  • Analyze customer requirements and networking challenges to align solutions with Cloud ACS capabilities

  • Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues during evaluations

  • Address technical questions, including RFPs and architecture or security assessments

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and handover after contract signing

Requirements

  • Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in technical support, pre-sales, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TR-069/TR-369 or similar protocols is a plus)

  • Ability to quickly learn and work with complex technical platforms

  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way

  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
