Customer Success Specialist (Cloud ACS)

Key responsibilities
Facilitate client onboarding and custom process implementation
Provide daily support through email, phone, and online meetings
Conduct training and empower clients to maximize the value of Cloud ACS
Drive product innovation by gathering customer feedback
Support the Presales team in PoCs coordination
Requirements
Proactive, customer oriented professional with experience in support of technical clients
Keen eye for process optimization
Ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product Team
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical topics clearly and in a structured way
Details oriented and analytical mind
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and willingness to expand technical knowledge
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. XML, scripting languages, or Java-like languages) to create simple workflow automations tailored to customer business processes
Second language - Spanish, French, or Italian is a nice bonus
