Test engineer MID

This position is based in our friendly office in Warsaw, where you will join a team responsible for developing according to the Business Plan and refined Features.

The test engineer position offers a wide range of tasks. You will be responsible for conducting tests of netbank and mobile bank applications. Knowledge of automated testing is appreciated, as it will help support the transition towards automation during the project.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Manual API testing in Postman
• Manual testing of user interfaces
• Participation in internal testing and testing across the Danish banking sector
• Close cooperation with business analysts, developers, and our test coordinator

To succeed, you will have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Understanding of markup languages and data structures such as HTML, XML, and JSON
• A curious and open nature, with a desire to share knowledge with others
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technologies and learn new information
• Experience with software testing – both manual and automated testing
• Experience in writing and executing test cases
• Customer-focused mindset and awareness of the need to develop, enhance, and maintain solutions in excellent condition
• Proactive and self-driven attitude

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and/or Playwright
• Experience with the Atlassian stack (especially JIRA and Confluence)
• Knowledge of the financial sector
• Experience with Postman and/or JSON, HTTP, and REST
• Experience with code repositories such as GitLab
