Senior Project Manager (Cracow hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the operational build-up of our BI Service. In this role, you will manage the prioritization of tasks, ensure effective team collaboration, and oversee the service’s development in an agile-like fashion. You will play a key role in aligning the BI Service with business objectives and facilitating a seamless handover to permanent employees at the end of your engagement.

• Operational Leadership:
• Lead the build-up and day-to-day operations of the BI Service.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure effective resource allocation within the team.
• Agile Collaboration:
• Implement and adapt agile methodologies for managing the BI Service.
• Drive team collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and ensure the service meets organizational needs.
• Handover Preparation:
• Document processes and provide a comprehensive handover to incoming permanent employees.

Requirements:

• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in an agile-like environment.
• BI Expertise:
• Strong understanding of BI platforms and tools, particularly Power BI.
• Organizational Skills:
• Experience in task prioritization and resource planning.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in a product ownership or similar leadership role, ideally in a BI or analytics setting.

Work Setup:

• Based in Krakow, with 2-3 days per week required in the office.
• Remote work flexibility for remaining days.
