Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance, real-time applications.

• Build and optimize distributed systems focused on scalability, reliability, and low latency.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions.

• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions effectively.

• Ensure high code quality by following engineering best practices, testing, and continuous improvement.

• Deliver high-quality software on time in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.

• Strong proficiency in Java and experience developing production-grade applications.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, multithreading, real-time systems, and performance optimization techniques.

• Hands-on experience with distributed caching solutions and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a strong advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 1+ years experience with Apache Kafka.
