Scrum Master

NOTE : Hybrid work is expected: once a week from the office (location: Wrocław)

Description:

Scrum master which will work with two teams in Data function, Analytics & BI department.

Role:

• Provide overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies
• Secure efficient implementation of products and solutions with outstanding quality.
• Continuously apply agile methodologies and ways of working such as DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
• Lead or facilitate workshops
• Structurally measure progress and maturity of the teams
• Identify and support the team with removing any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
• Coach the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way
• Ensure a collaborative culture exists within the department, promoting team building and ensuring the entire team is engaged

Requirements from candidate:

Must have:

• Experience in Data/BI/AI environment
• Experience in using Azure DevOps
• Worked in large organizations, an international setting and is able to work in fast paced environment, meet deadlines and perform at high standards

Nice to have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices in Agile software development environments
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• The ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers
• A proactive and pragmatic approach to methods and processes and can use your judgement to apply models and approaches that best fit within the context.
• Experience with change management, leadership, coaching, solution oriented and continuous improvement
• Coach, facilitator and leader aiming to increase team's performance, satisfaction and motivation
