Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage performance testing processes within the organization.
- Implement performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Develop and oversee the execution of performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure the adoption of performance testing processes.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present performance test reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance test engineers.
To succeed you will have:
- Over 7 years of experience in performance testing and management.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, K6).
- Experience with Java, .NET, Python, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Experience in optimizing application performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (like ISTQB Performance Tester).
- University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
