Application Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Jira, Confluence & Polarion Administration
· Administer, maintain, and enhance Jira, Confluence, and Polarion environments.
· Configure and manage projects, workflows, permission schemes, forms, and automation.
· Manage workspace structures and documentation repositories.
· Provide user support and promote best practices for effective tool usage.
· Gather business requirements and implement improvements that support team productivity and collaboration.
· Identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive tasks.
License & Access Management:
· Manage software licenses across a portfolio of business and IT applications.
· Manage access and licensing processes for tools related to AI, DevOps, CI/CD, and other business-critical platforms.
· Monitor license utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
· Participate in the implementation and rollout of new tools and services.
· Create and maintain administrative and user documentation.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience Jira and Confluence administration.
· Experience managing users, groups, roles, and permissions.
· Understanding of user onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
· Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Polarion ALM
· Experience with software license management.
· Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Claude.
· Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
· Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
· Basic knowledge of scripting, integrations, or application automation.
