    We are currently looking for DLP Engineer within Endpoint Threat Management Team.

    WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

    As a Senior DLP Engineer you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer infrastructure based on DLP (Data Loss Prevention) as a part of the ETM (Endpoint Threat Management) Team.

     

    Main responsibilities:

    •   Management of system performance, capacity, service quality.
    •   Designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate level DLP strategies.
    •   Conducting regular reviews and assessments of DLP systems and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    •   Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting incidents related to data loss.
    •   Collaborating with IT, security, and other teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data loss.
    •   Staying current with new technologies, threats, and best practices related to DLP and data protection.
    •   Supporting incident management processes, conducting investigations into breaches, and developing remediation plans for incidents related to data loss.

     

     JOB REQUIREMENTS

     

     Working hours:

    •   5x8 business hours shifts,
    •   standby duty for given services.

     

     Skills and competencies:

    •   Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields.
    •   Knowledge of the Endpoint Protection systems;
    •   Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment,
    •   English - at least B2 level,
    •   Knowledge of: Windows systems, particularly Windows Server (including Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, certificates, etc.),
    •   Computer networking concepts, Microsoft MS SQL Server (knowledge of SQL language – analysis, query creation).
    •   Experience in DLP and familiarity with best practices related to DLP, including strategies, technologies, and tools, will be a plus.
    •   Ability to analyze and interpret system and application logs, alerts, and reports.
    •   Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, such as policies, procedures, and instructions.
    •   Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
    •   Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to cope with high-stress situations.

     

    General skills:

    •   ability to work well in a team,
    •   methodical and disciplined work approach,
    •   good analytical skills,
    •   good interpersonal skills.
    •   Interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.

     

    Additional advantages would be a plus:

    •  Linux/Unix experience is a plus.
    •  knowledge of SQL Server environment,
    •  PowerShell and VBScript knowledge,
    •  understanding of enterprise data center technologies,
    •  security event log collection and analysis.
    •  industry certifications related to Windows, Linux system administration, or other related certifications, for example related to Microsoft Azure, as well as ITIL, will be an additional advantage.

     

    Professional experience:

    • 1-3 years - professional IT and endpoint protection knowledge.
