Technical Writer

Currently, for our client in the banking industry, we are looking for a Technical Writer

Location: Warszawa – 2x a week from the office

Salary: up to 950 - 1270 PLN net B2B / day

16   000 - 18 500 PLN gross UoP / month

Tasks:

·       Documentation Development

·       Develop and maintain a governance framework document to support platform compliance and operational efficiency

·       Collaborate with compliance and risk teams

·       Work closely with platform engineering, infrastructure, and governance teams to gather input and validate content.

·       Regularly review and update documentation based on feedback, platform changes, and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

·       Strong expertise in Application and Platform Management

· Strong technical writing and documentation skills

·       Advanced skills in site creation, document structuring, and publishing

·       Experience with Confluence, Markdown, or similar

·       Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or other ITSM tools is a plus

·       Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe frameworks (certifications preferred)

·       Experience with platform governance and risk management frameworks

· Comfortable working across technical and business teams

Nice-to-have:

·       Experience in people change management.

·       Experience in banking or financial services
