Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAFe Scrum Master

Tasks:

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies.

• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization.

• Foster team self-organization and accountability for delivering high-quality increments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Very good command of English
