Product Manager / IT Programme Delivery Lead (GRC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Delivery Lead to join a global GRC transformation programme delivered in partnership with a Big 4 consulting firm.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of one of the key programme workstreams, acting as the primary client-side counterpart for external partners and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business and IT functions.

This position requires a strong delivery mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, highly regulated international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a dedicated workstream within a global GRC programme

• Act as the primary counterpart for the external consulting partner (Big 4)

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams

• Manage programme risks, dependencies, escalations, and decision-making processes

• Prepare and present status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

• Drive alignment between multiple departments with competing priorities

• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and governance standards are maintained

• Support programme planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Programme Manager in large international IT organisations

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from initiation to delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in regulated environments such as pharma, life sciences, healthcare, banking, or financial services

• Experience collaborating with external consulting partners (Big 4 or equivalent)

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation without formal authority

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Familiarity with GRC processes and governance frameworks

• Knowledge of ServiceNow (especially GRC or ITSM modules)

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar reporting/governance tools
