Process Manager with German

Currently we are looking for a Process Manager with German for our client (energy sector).

Location: 100% remote

Tasks:

• Independent preparation of decision-making documents as well as introduction and implementation of structured decision-making processes in the context of the program and the projects described above

• Collection of new trends, feedback, ideas, and requirements within the program context, as well as derivation of concrete courses of action; determination of data collection methods

• Creation and maintenance of project and time schedules

• Creation of transparency by providing current and reliable project data from the mentioned programs

• Document management and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all project information

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures during project execution

• Promoting information flow and communication between project or program members and relevant stakeholders

• Monitoring of project progress and dependencies that affect resources, budgets, and timelines

• Administrative support and consulting for project management and project teams

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience on similar position

• Language skills: Advanced level of German and English

• Solid experience in managing agile projects in a transformation environment

• Knowledge of SAP and commercial reporting tools (e.g., for project controlling)

• Understanding of the client's budgeting and procurement processes

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills

• Above-average competence in stakeholder management and conflict resolution

• Independent and results-oriented working style

• High loyalty and identification with the professional task

• Advantageous: Experience with the organization and processes of the client’s IT Network Community
