We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Java Developer (he/she) for our client from the financial industry.

Offered salary:

• From 900 to 1000 PLN net + VAT/day/B2B, depending on experience and competences

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Strong knowledge of Java (8+)

• Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL

• Hands-on experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)

• Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring

• Participation in architectural transformation project

• Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns

• Experience in enterprise or banking environments

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java

• Design and implement new features based on business requirements

• Refactor and improve existing code quality and performance

• Participate in architectural modernization (monolith to microservices)

• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases

• Create and maintain automated unit tests

• Collaborate with architects, testers, and business analysts

• Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards
