Job Description:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our DMED (Medical Documentation) team.

We work on creating and developing modern software for the healthcare sector – from new functionalities to maintaining existing systems. We focus on innovative solutions, a well-coordinated team, and continuous technological development.

Hybrid work model in Wrocław – part of the team works on-site, part remotely from various locations in Poland.

Work model: Hybrid - Wrocław

Requirements:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in software development.

• You have a university degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related field).

• You are familiar with Java 8+, Spring, and Hibernate.

• You have experience with Angular 10+.

• You know how to use IntelliJ, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jira.

• You can analyze and debug code, looking for solutions to difficult maintenance problems

• You know design patterns and can apply them

• You have worked with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• You communicate effectively and can work well in a team

• You can prepare clear project documentation

• You know English at the B1 level

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of RESTful Web Service

• Experience with HL7 CDA, HL7 FHIR, IHE

• Cloud projects (SaaS)

• Working in Scrum

• Fluency in English

• Experience with application performance profiling software

• Knowledge and practice in microservice architecture

• Software creation and development in the healthcare sector

• Design, implementation, and development of new functionalities

• Maintenance and development of existing solutions

• Active participation in the entire project life cycle – planning, monitoring, and ensuring deadlines are met
