• Hybrid – Warsaw (preferably 3 days per week onsite)

About the project:

You will join the Corporate & Investment Banking division within GBTO/FTB, working in a global environment across Warsaw, Paris, and Bangalore.Our mission is to design and deliver innovative solutions for Business Financing, supporting key business operations with reliable and scalable applications.

We operate in autonomous, agile feature teams, embracing the “you build it, you run it” principle, DevOps mindset, and software craftsmanship culture.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features in a microservices environment

• Applying software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices (TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID)

• Providing production support, performing bug fixes, and implementing enhancements

• Contributing to release management and CI/CD pipelines

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

• Collaborating within the Dev Chapter and with global teams in France and India

• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies (3-week sprints)

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a developer, preferably fullstack

• Backend-oriented mindset (~70% backend)

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (17+) and Spring Framework (Boot and Batch)

• Frontend proficiency in Angular 15+

• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Git, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub Actions

• Strong foundation in Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD, and BDD

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
