Business Analyst (she / she)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (he/ she) to support strategic projects for our client in the financial industry.

Tasks:

·       Gather business needs and analyze / challenge them

·       Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization

·       Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (SLA)

·       Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers è usage of BDD

·       Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go-lives

·       Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his Feature Team, she/he is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation

·       Design monitoring and set up KPIs aligned with Business expectations and IT follow up needs

·       Active participation in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

·       Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT

·       At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst

·       Knowledge in Structured Finance and LoanIQ software is a big a plus

·       Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

·       Relational database & SQL querying knowledge

·       Agile methodology & BDD skills

·       Customer service oriented

·       Test oriented and continuous improvement mindset

·       Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds

·       Interpersonal skills and Team player

·       Very good command of English.
