(F / M) UX/UI Designer

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI

• English – C1 level

• Hands-on experience in designing mobile and web interfaces

• Strong knowledge of UX principles and usability standards

• Experience in user research and usability testing (remote and in-person)

• Ability to analyze research results and translate them into actionable insights

• Practical knowledge of UX design tools, methods, and best practices

• Experience in creating prototypes, documentation, and reports

• Understanding of UX metrics and interface optimization

• Knowledge of SCRUM and ITIL methodologies

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for mobile and web applications

• Plan and conduct UX research and usability evaluations

• Analyze research findings and prepare recommendations

• Create prototypes, documentation, and UX deliverables

• Define and support UX strategy for projects and product portfolio

• Lead or moderate UX workshops

• Support implementation of UCD (User-Centered Design) processes

• Coordinate UX work and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Additional languages: German, Spanish, or Russian

• Experience in UX strategy development at project or portfolio level

• Experience in building UX standards within an organization
