(F / M) BI Developer (Tableau)

About the project:

The project is delivered in collaboration with BI Reporting and Data Engineering specialists, focusing on supporting and enhancing data solutions for client needs. It combines development of dashboards and data pipelines with production support, optimization, and ensuring quality and compliance in a regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Tableau

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling

• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks

• Experience with ETL processes (e.g. Alteryx or dbt)

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. GitLab)

• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into BI solutions

• Strong organizational and estimation skills

• Good command of English (min. B2)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve a monthly volume of minor bugs using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow

• Optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and Alteryx by reducing complexity, improving performance, and removing obsolete components

• Ensure compliance of processes and developments (e.g. GxP) through proper documentation and quality standards (QMS)

• Manage production incidents related to dashboards and data pipelines, including root cause analysis and recovery

• Maintain and enhance dashboards in Tableau with focus on performance, stability, and usability

• Implement automated regression tests and support CI/CD processes for reliable deployments

• Balance development work (data flows, dashboards) with ITSM/ITIL-driven support activities

• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering teams and business stakeholders
