Join Rublon to work with a team of cybersecurity enthusiasts who are building the future of enterprise user authentication. Rublon is a multi-factor authentication platform used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, endpoints and applications.
We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will support development efforts in the following project:
Development of connectors for Cybersecurity Technologies
Rublon provides connectors that enable multi-factor authentication for third-party technologies and data exchange, e.g.: Rublon Authentication Proxy, Active Directory Sync. We want to enhance these solutions by supporting more use cases and IT environments.
How You'll Work
- You'll work remote or in our offices in Kraków and Zielona Góra
- Technology Stack: Python, LDAP, RADIUS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux
- Language: Polish for communication with team members; English for project documentation and commit comments

What You'll Do
As a developer at Rublon you will help develop software for modern user authentication:
- Development of Rublon connectors for cybersecurity technologies
- Develop enterprise software solutions for user authentication
- Development takes place locally on your company laptop as well as on external environments
- Analyze requirements, create concepts and discuss them with the product manager
- Monitor code quality and perform code reviews
- Design, implement and execute development and integration tests
Skills You Have
- Thorough experience in backend server software development using Python
- Knowledge about Active Directory administration
- Knowledge about server administration (Windows Server, Linux)
- Knowledge about networking concepts (UDP, TCP)
- Ability to confidently communicate with peers
- Ability to speak Polish fluently
Requirements
- At least five years of commercial software development experience
- Completed higher education in computer science
- Work permit in Poland
Nice To Haves
- Former commercial experience as IT systems administrator (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience in configuring commercial firewalls and VPN access
- Experience with software performance testing
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience in unit testing, test design and test automation
- Experience in network penetration testing
- Knowledge about writing secure software
