Join Rublon to work with a team of cybersecurity enthusiasts who are building the future of enterprise user authentication. Rublon is a multi-factor authentication platform used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, endpoints and applications.
We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will support ongoing development efforts in the following project:
Development of connectors for Microsoft technologies
Rublon provides connectors that enable multi-factor authentication for Microsoft technologies, e.g.: RD Web Access, RD Web Client, Outlook Web App (OWA). We want to enhance these products by supporting more use cases and IT environments.
How You'll Work
- You'll work in our office in Kraków, Zielona Góra, Poznań, Wrocław or Warsaw (at least 3 days per week)
- Technology Stack: C#, .NET, C++, Python, Windows API, Active Directory, FIDO2, Inno Setup
- Language: Polish for communication with team members; English for project documentation and commit comments

What You'll Do
As a developer at Rublon you will help develop software for modern user authentication:
- Development of Rublon connectors for Microsoft technologies
- Develop enterprise software solutions for user authentication
- Development takes place locally on your company laptop as well as on external testing environments
- Analyze requirements, create concepts and discuss them with the product manager
- Monitor code quality and perform code reviews
- Design, implement and execute development and integration tests
Skills You Have
- Broad experience in commercial software development using .NET C#, C++ and Python
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments, knowledge about Windows API
- Ability to confidently communicate with peers
- Knowledge of Polish or English language
Requirements
- At least two full years of commercial software development experience
- Completed higher education in computer science
- Work permit in Poland
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Windows Server administration, incl. Active Directory/LDAP and PowerShell
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies like Entra ID and Intune
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience in unit testing, test design and test automation
- Knowledge of web application security
