The Role of Frontend at Arx

You will build the interfaces that help real estate professionals make critical decisions. This means creating data-rich visualizations, performant map-based UIs, and intuitive workflows that surface complex analytics clearly

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and shipping production web applications with analytics components

• Proficient in React, JavaScript, and Typescript

• Deep understanding of front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web performance

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from conception to deployment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment

• Proficiency in English

Experience with:

• Automated end-to-end testing with Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools

• Unit and component testing, ideally using Jest

• Integration with RESTful APIs

• Proficient with Git version control

• Experience setting up and maintaining CI pipelines (CircleCI or similar)

• Working with web maps (Mapbox or similar)

• State management in React (react-sweet-state or similar tools)

Nice to Have:

• Python development skills

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

• Building analytics dashboards in web applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust real-estate projects platform with various functionalities like search, map visualizations, dynamic filtering, etc.

• Build and maintain React components for data-heavy dashboards

• Optimize rendering performance for large datasets

• Collaborate with backend/data teams on API design

• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions
