We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our release and deployment processes. You will directly impact our deployment strategies and processes, being responsible for maintaining and further developing them.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer focused on release and deployment processes, you will work with complex tasks and a variety of projects. You will assess and understand diverse technical needs, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and solution insight. You will be responsible for executing deployments, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with stakeholders across the organization in a professional man-ner. You will work closely with DevOps Engineers, Solution Architects and Engineers, and business Subject Matter Experts.

Professionally, it is expected that you have experience in cloud engineering and deployment processes. You should be able to independently manage deployments, provide solution options, and make recommendations. You should also be able to connect business experts and software engineers by translating technical needs into actionable deployment plans, and by supporting the deployment process through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

· Communicative: Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to write documentation/requirements and communicate these clearly. Not afraid to ask questions to ensure better understanding of needs.
Minimum Requirements:
· Solid experience with version control (Git), including advanced branching strategies and merge processes.
· Solid experience with automated deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting in deployment processes.
· In-depth knowledge of CI/CD practices, automation, and infrastructure as code.
· Understanding of the Salesforce and Azure development environment and associated processes.
· Experience with implementing and managing solutions in Azure DevOps or something similar, as well as knowledge of cloud architecture and security.
· Additional experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) tools – Terraform or something similar
· Preferred experience and technical expertise - Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or similar certifications
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex deployment issues and derive actionable solutions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
· Project Management: Experience in managing deployment-focused projects.
