How you will make an impact

As a Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant at Arla, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Salesforce capabilities to our Lead to Cash processes at all its stages. Your work will be contributing to our strategic growth efforts, and you will build connected Salesforce solutions that scale. This role reports to the IT Manager within IT Solutions Commercial ART Architecture department. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, and other team members to achieve our long-term goals. So to excel in this role, we envisage that you can check off the following qualifications:

·      Strong understanding and focus on Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud

·      Design and develop features to improve business processes.

·      Advise on improvements to the sales and customer service-related processes.

·      Translating business needs into technical specifications

·      Supporting on testing and deployment of solutions

·      Working cross-functionally to build solid and stable solutions

·      Troubleshooting platform issues

What will make you successful

In this role we look for an in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform to create an internal team of Salesforce-oriented experts. We look for a desire to understand and improve sales and customer service-related processes, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A team orientation and knowledge sharing attitude is also an invaluable asset for this role.
