How you will make an impact

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, we want you to build features and applications to our Lead to Cash processes at all its stages. Your work will contribute to Arla’s Salesforce agenda while delivering cool capabilities for our partners in Sales and Customer Service. This role reports to the IT Manager within IT Solutions Commercial ART Architecture department, so you will collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, and other team members to achieve our long-term goals. So to excel in this role, we envisage that you can check off the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex and Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components
• Clear insight of Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines, as well as key Salesforce architectural concepts
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware (integrations with SAP ERP are beneficial)
• Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration
• Very good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in agile methodology

We look for a desire to understand and improve sales and customer service-related processes, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to less-technical stakeholders.

 Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
