How you will make an impact 

Your main focus will be Cloud-based solutions with emphasis on Microsoft Intune, however during your journey You will encounter On-Prem environments as well, so expertise in this field is required. Position combines both creative work when developing new tailor-made components for our end-users, ensure smooth integration into current environment to not compromise stability, but also operational tasks: maintaining compliant environment, keeping it secure and responding to inquires as highest level of support in our IT landscape. We are aiming to be fully reliant on Cloud-concepts while keeping integrity, newest Windows updates, Office builds or addressing security vulnerabilities right away as they pop up!

• Manage Devices in co-management configuration Intune / SCCM

• Propose changes to Arla setup to increase value of Cloud services

• Continually update and maintain, where necessary, all related technical documentation

• Monitor Intune/Microsoft for changes impacting services used by Arla

• Act as trusted advisor to other IT Stakeholders in Product-based organization

You’ll be a part of End User Devices Product collaborating with other teams to achieve common goal: deliver the best possible experience for employees while maintaining strong security posture, compliance with best practices delivering on our Sustainability agenda.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).

What will make you successful 

To succeed in this role, you bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Device Management within Microsoft environments, ideally gained in mid- to large-scale organizations (from a few hundred to several thousand users). You have a solid IT foundation and practical experience implementing or migrating Windows-based endpoint environments. You are comfortable operating in both cloud and on-premises setups and collaborating in an international environment in English.

In particular, you bring:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM, including endpoint implementation and lifecycle management

• Hands-on expertise in Windows-based device migrations and deployments at scale

• Practical skills in PowerShell scripting to automate and optimize daily operations

• Good understanding of cloud architecture principles, security, compliance, and privacy standards

• Experience with on-premises solutions such as Active Directory and GPO, as well as managing a broad range of end-user devices (PCs, Macs, mobile and industry-specific devices)
