How you will make an impact
In this role, you will build models, analytical tools, and insights that help Marketing & Innovation teams make smarter, faster, and more data‑driven decisions. You will work across areas such as consumer insights, campaign optimisation, trend forecasting, social listening, and predictive analytics for digital performance.
The role sits within the Data Intelligence organization and supports global marketing stakeholders in their strategic and operational decision-making.
Your key responsibilities include:
· Developing predictive models for consumer behaviour, product performance and marketing optimization,
· Building tools for consumer segmentation and trend forecasting using machine learning techniques,
· Delivering analytical insights to marketing teams for targeting, personalisation and next‑best‑action recommendations,
· Working on projects including social listening, sentiment analysis and digital asset performance prediction,
· Ensuring compliance with data governance standards and supporting data quality initiatives.
What will make you successful
You bring strong analytical skills, technical curiosity and a desire to apply data science in real marketing and consumer contexts. You are eager to work in cross‑functional environments where you collaborate with Marketing, IT and Innovation teams.
We expect you to have:
· A Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar,
· 2–3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist,
· Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as Azure ML or Azure Databricks,
· Experience with predictive modelling, segmentation, or marketing analytics,
· Knowledge of marketing and consumer insights (an advantage).

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
